Hello, I want to warn everyone who's thinking of buying or selling tickets on StubHub International to think twice before doing so. They're thieves. They keep the seller's tickets, the buyer's money, and then demand penalties on top of that. Today they canceled a sale of mine for the Fulham FC vs. Tottenham Hotspur match for no reason other than to demand a €188 penalty. On top of that, they owe me €501 from one sale they haven't paid me for and another €422 from a different one. They're thieves. If there are more people like me, we can all file a complaint together with the CMA.

don't trust this company (((( StubHub International ))))
I'm making this post because I want to inform everyone what happened to me and so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I bought tickets to go with my friends to see the Aston Villa vs. Leeds match for 385 pounds, but due to circumstances we couldn't travel, so we decided to put an ad on StubHub International and they sold them immediately for €501, leaving me completely reassured. But my surprise came two days after the event when they told me the client had complained about not being able to enter, all without any explanation or proof. Basically, they didn't pay me the €501.00 and on top of that, they demanded another €300.00 as a penalty. They're ticket thieves! Not only did I lose the €420 I paid for the tickets, but I also lost the right to resell them. Another €501 + €300 penalty! What crooks! I'm going to post this on all my social media so all my followers can forward it, and we'll put an end to these thieving scammers.

Awful company, avoid at all costs. Today they have aggressively emailed me demanding money for an issue that was almost a year ago, caused by no fault of my own. Upon calling them to resolve the issue they have refused to help me or even forward me to ther relevant department to discuss the issue further. The language used on the phone call was cryptically threatening and to the effect of 'dont pay the charge you dispute and see what happens'. The email I have received says I will incur extra charges if I dont pay by the deadline, yet this is now my only option. Their systems are set up to milk as much money from the situation as possible rather than working towards a solution. I suppose its what I should've expected from a company that makes its money from ticket scalpers.

Buying tickets is safe and budget-friendly

The service provides a secure and affordable way to purchase tickets. I bought tickets for a concert and they arrived quickly, complete with clear instructions for adding them to the app. Everything went smoothly, and I had no issues entering the event. Much better than other platforms, as this one is authorized to resell and collaborates with legitimate ticket sellers.

Disappointing Experience with Hidden Fees

I encountered a frustrating situation when I tried to purchase tickets for an event. The direct sale was sold out, so I turned to a reseller site that seemed to have what I needed. Initially, the price appeared to be what I expected, but upon proceeding to checkout, the final price was not displayed. I ended up being charged an additional $77, which was essentially the regular ticket price. I contacted the support team, but their response was the usual policy on no refunds. When I asked for a way to discuss the unexpected delivery fee, I was directed to an email for another service. I was confused as to why I needed to contact them when my purchase was through a different platform. Their response was simply that they share the same CEO. It's important to be cautious of such tactics that can mislead users.

Bought two tickets for an upcoming show - purchased Seats 3 and 4. Have multiple screen shots and emails from StubHub confirming these were the seats I ordered.

However, StubHub gave me seats 9 and 10, which are further away from the aisle and the stage and have a significantly worse angle. I contacted Customer Service and they told me the seller would have to give me the correct tickets (Seats 3-4) or I'd get a refund. However, after waiting weeks, this wasn't done and when I've re-contacted StubHub (many times), they've advised me that they can provide whatever seats they want, as long as they're in the same section and same row - even if they are obstructed, farther away from the stage, have a different view, etc. They cannot point to anywhere in their policy where this is disclosed; I have asked multiple times, and the offshore customer service agents just say that this is their "policy".

I have contacted StubHub 10+ times in an effort to resolve, and they, frankly, just don't care. I will never do business with them again and recommend that others steer clear, as well.

Listing my tickets was a breeze, and they sold a month ahead of the event.

It was a breeze to list my tickets, and they sold a month prior to the event. The transfer process was smooth, and I received my payment just two days after the event. I will certainly use the service again whenever I need to sell tickets.

Terrible experience with ticketing!

If I could give it zero stars, I would! My girlfriend purchased tickets for us to see a match on the 13th of December, but when we arrived at our seats, they were already occupied by someone with season tickets. We quickly contacted the seller, who sent us new tickets for a different stand, but those tickets were also taken and were the wrong type, making us ineligible to sit there due to age restrictions. We were eventually escorted out of the stadium and informed by club officials that the platform is known for being unreliable. We spent 358 euros on two tickets that were initially bought for 60 pounds. Even if we manage to get a refund, we will still be at a loss of 600 euros for our flights and accommodation. This website is a complete disaster; avoid it at all costs, as they have no control over fraudulent sellers and are a nightmare to deal with!
