I ordered a parking pass for a specific location and the pass I received was for a different location. I complained about the issue 6 weeks before the event and Stubhub said they would fix it. Then the day before the event, I received a parking pass for the wrong location again. I talked to customer service and they said that the location they sent me was close enough to the location I purchased. I explained that I did not want to be in a different location because I was meeting friends for tailgating. They said they did their job by providing me the 'close enough' parking pass.
The customer service department does a great job of avoiding the real issue and dodging feedback. Every time they sent me an email to explain the situation, they said I could email them back to request more information, but the only address they gave me was a no reply email. They come across as not caring about what the fan protect guarantee means, but willing to use the phrase to make them sound good.
