Extremely disappointed with my experience. My son accidentally purchased tickets, and I contacted StubHub within 20 minutes to cancel the order. Despite reaching out almost immediately, they refused to cancel it.
There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no reasonable solution offered. Because they would not reverse the charge, I had no choice but to cancel my credit card to protect myself.
This policy feels predatory and completely unfair to customers who act quickly to correct a mistake. I would strongly caution others before purchasing through this platform.
