Although they made it better with an easy credit this was NOT a good experience. I purchased tickets to a comedy show 3 months ago. The details stated you will receive the tickets on or before the date of the show. Well tonight is the show and my tickets never got here so we couldn’t go.Numerous chats throughout the day with StubHub agents didn’t help. Very upset because these tickets were a gift and they really ruined it all. Granted StubHub never got the tickets however it ruined our evening. NEVER EVER accept replacement tickets because once you do you and you go to any event you cannot get a refund. They will offer you alternative tickets that might be in a bad location. Once you accept and enter, you own them and your bank can’t help. Best choice is DO NOT BUY FROM A RESELLER. Use TicketMaster or a direct website.
