Absolute scam, my husband purchased tickets on stubhub for an event in Miami, while we did receive multiple confirmation messages from stubhub, we never actually got the tickets and were unable to enter the event. We contacted them multiple times, they kept offering to change to new tickets that we also never received. After waiting in front of the event for one hour while on the phone with the costumer service they encouraged us to just give it up and ask for a refund, which we tried to do but are now being sent to a “different internal service” to see if we will, or not, get a refund for the event we paid for and never got tickets for. Very unprofessional.
