Today I purchased concert tickets through the platform and paid 181 CHF per ticket for seats that normally cost 85 CHF — plus more than 200 CHF in additional fees. The most concerning part is that the delivery date (one day before the event, which is still four months away) is only disclosed after the purchase is completed.
I requested a cancellation and refund today, the same day I made the purchase, but customer service simply repeats that they do not offer refunds and that their policy is stated before purchase. However, the delivery timing was not clearly presented upfront, and the fees charged are excessive.
This feels extremely misleading. Critical information about last-minute ticket delivery should be clearly and prominently presented before customers are charged — not after. Once you pay these inflated prices and excessive fees, cancellations are not allowed.
After spending such a large amount of money, being told to simply wait until the day before the event is unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to use this platform to purchase tickets.
