I purchased a couple concert tickets through stubhub and my event was canceled. According to the website I was supposed to get an email giving me credit with stubhub and the option to request a cash refund. I never got that email so called customer service who told me because the tickets I purchased were actually from someone reselling tickets on stubhub that I was not entitled to any refund. Basically I had donated about 200 bucks to stubhub and got nothing for it. No stubhub credit for future ticket purchases. No cash refund. No concert. Apparently stubhub’s guarantee has some big loopholes. I recommend avoiding stubhub as much as possible or at the very least never buying tickets from resellers on stubhub.
