Overall, it was a decent experience. The customer service is quite good, and the representative was kind and considerate. However, it is somewhat inconvenient that contact is only possible through the website, and responses are sent via email within a day or two. This makes it difficult to reach them for urgent matters. The free boxes and packing tape are appreciated, and their quality is quite high. It would be even better if transparent tape for labels were included. The box sizes are limited to standard and large, with the large size being only slightly bigger. More size options would be beneficial, and since using personal boxes is not allowed, some items didn't fit. I had to give away some belongings because of this. There’s also a long list of prohibited items, which, while understandable for security reasons, feels excessive. After removing all the “not allowed” items, I found myself needing to sell, give away, or throw away many things to avoid penalties and repacking fees. This is quite disappointing when I just need storage. The fees are high, and I expected a better service for the price. The collection and delivery were also disappointing, as tracking was inaccurate, and some items were damaged due to rough handling by the driver. While I did receive my boxes intact, I’m uncertain if I will use this storage service again. I hope for improvements in the future.
