Overall a decent experience. The customer service is quite excellent.Alex is kind and thoughtful.
However, it is a bit inconvenient that they can be contacted only through website and response will be sent to you through email within a day or two. If there is anything urgent, it is not reachable immediately. So take note of that.
The free boxes and packing tapes are appreciated. The quality of the boxes and tapes are pretty high in quality. Would be more thankful if they also provide transparent tape to cover the labels as required.
The provided boxed are limited in size though. Only standard and large and the large size is just a bit bigger than the large size. More choice of size would be great.
And they do not allow to use own box thus some items will not fit to their boxes. I have to give away some of my items for that reason.
There are long list of what not put inside the boxes. I understand that it is for security reasons but it is just too much. What left after deduct all the “not allowed” items? I have to sell, give away and throw aways my stuffs as they could not be able fo put inside the boxs to avoid penalty fee and repacking fee( 100 pounds each item). It does not make sense. I need to storage my stuff but I have to throw aways and give away my stuffs to be able to use the service. It is a bit disappointing right?
The fee is also quite expensive and I expect more than that.
The collection and delivery experience was both disappointing as the tracking is not correct. It is not efficient at all.
Some of my stuffs got broken/damaged as the driver threw my boxes harshly to the van. No matter how much bubble wrap , it cannot be saved if the boxes are not being taken care properly.
I received all my boxes safely so I am thankful for that.
I am not sure if I will use this storage service again.
I hope that the overall experience will be improved in the future.
