I was really looking forward to supporting this brand, but my experience with customer service has been one of the worst I’ve had in a while. After placing my order, I quickly reached out to fix an address error, but only received an automated response. When I finally got a reply, it was condescending and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the courier confirmed they delivered my package to the wrong address and ignored my correction request. The brand refused to take responsibility and insisted it wasn't 'lost in transit,' only offering a refund if the package returned—which is highly unlikely. Their narrative about being a small business feels misleading given their resources. They ignored multiple follow-ups and even deleted my comments on social media. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. It's unfortunate because the products are appealing, but the service is incredibly disappointing.
