PRODUCT RECEIVED NOT AS ADVERTISED! I tried the product exactly as directed and absolutely nothing happened, I have used products like this previously and you could almost see it working. I tried using more than the recommended pea size but still nothing. I used it in total of 4 times and nothing happened just a crispy layer on the skin. I then realised that the product was actually unbranded and looked like a fake version!I contacted customer services to ask for a refund as per their customer satisfaction advert but was told that as I had used it so I couldn't get a refund! I advised that I had received an unbranded product and they advised they send unbranded to the UK market which makes no sense, I stated that it doesnt work at all and they advised that their advert does state varying results. They would not refund even though the product was not branded as advertised and was not fit for purpose!
