Hardly any product in the tube, when I emailed them, they said they won't refund because I opened the package,🤬 and it depends on your skin if it works or not, how can you tell if it works if you don't open it.

Purchased the tightening cream thinking I could try for 30 days and if not happy send back.Tried it, utter rubbish.Even tried it with the fan to tighten quicker.Tried it under make up, over make up, left to dry naturally, pea sized, dabbed on, rubbed on, shook the tube a lot, all instructions followed - nothing.Utter gimmick.Looked at returning and you aren’t allowed unless it’s in original box and sealed.. So why say 30 days or your money back?£19.99 in the bin. Also took a blooming long time to arrive!
In accordance to the other review, it did came unbranded so I emailed them and they said it was normal... wasn't sure of it I thought it was a scam. However they reassure me and said it was the same cream inside, I tried it and it works well on me, I am 64. I guess it don't work on everyone... I will buy again !
PRODUCT RECEIVED NOT AS ADVERTISED! I tried the product exactly as directed and absolutely nothing happened, I have used products like this previously and you could almost see it working. I tried using more than the recommended pea size but still nothing. I used it in total of 4 times and nothing happened just a crispy layer on the skin. I then realised that the product was actually unbranded and looked like a fake version!I contacted customer services to ask for a refund as per their customer satisfaction advert but was told that as I had used it so I couldn't get a refund! I advised that I had received an unbranded product and they advised they send unbranded to the UK market which makes no sense, I stated that it doesnt work at all and they advised that their advert does state varying results. They would not refund even though the product was not branded as advertised and was not fit for purpose!
