Bad customer serviceUnfortunately one of the items sent to me arrived broken. Studioshake were very good in replacing it however by the time I returned and received the new item it was too late (as it was for a present). I returned the item with proof of postage. I contacted them to ask where my refund was and had to send the proof to them. Now after another week I still have not heard from them despite chasing up by email. Poor service and reading some of the reviews on here I would be wary of buying things sadly. If Studioshake read this, I would really appreciate some contact as to when I will receive my refund. Very bad customer service and I wonder if they are going to refund me at all.
