Here is the response to my earlier query regarding my long overdue refund received on 24th January 2026 -

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your account and return history to provide you with an update on your refund.

Our records indicate that the refund of £40 was officially finalized and processed on January 25, 2026. These funds were sent back to your original payment method via our payment processor at that time.

Since the transaction was completed and the funds were deducted from our account over a month ago, we recommend checking your bank statement from late January. You should see the credit reflected there for the full amount.

We aim to provide both quality products and clear communication, and we apologize for any frustration during the return process. However, we can confirm that the financial side of this order has been fully settled on our end.

Well what a surprise NOT no refund has been received by my credit card provider!! Also the amount due by you is £40.35 not £40 and as promised in previous emails I have never received any refund confirmation from you.
This is getting beyond a joke I am fuming at the way I have been treated.
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!

Update of Previous Review Still waiting for Refund!😡🤬Response eventually received from StudioShake on 5th January 2026Thank you for providing proof of postage for your return. We appreciate you taking the time to send this to us.I have now forwarded this information to our Returns Department. You can expect a response regarding your refund within the next 3-5 working days. They will coordinate with our Warehouse team to process the refund once it is approved.Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.I chased via email again yesterday as more than 3-5 working days have past - still no responseAny suggestions for further action against them?Small claims?

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They sent me the wrong item. Not only was it wrong but the quality substandard. I tried to email to get the actual item I bought but they ignored emails.

iPhone case not functional and return not accepted

The case for iPhone with a flat integrated credit card holder is not functional as one cannot remove the card without removing the whole case. I would not recommend this case. It was for Christmas and went past a 2 week return date so they refused to accept a return. Most companies accept returns after Christmas.

Awful - a company that has all the hallmarks of being fake. I ordered a phone case with a credit card holder, which arrived quickly, but it's almost impossible to get the cards out once fully inserted. Do they not test products to make sure they're effective?! No response to emails requesting a refund, yet they deluge you with marketing buff if you subscribe. No phone number on their website, no actual icon where you can chat online. Avoid!

Avoid 😡

I ordered a leather IPhone case and an IPad cover total cost £40.35. The so called leather IPhone case was in fact cheap pvc and the IPad cover was cheap plastic! Returned immediately using their so called refund procedure Surprise Surprise as I’ve now learnt 3 emails - no reply and no refund, I wish I had searched Trustpilot before I ordered Appalling quality and service

Avoid. Find another supplier

Try to find another supplier. Avoid at all costs. I bought an iPad cover and failed to check the company on Trustpilot. If I had done so, I would have seen the score of 2.3 -- abysmal ! It does not fit.They have no phone number, and the so-called 'live chat' link can't be found, so no way of communicating. Fortunately, I used Amex, who have given me a refund, subject to the outcome. Always try to use Amex it you can, their phone service and response is great. You will see that they have replied below. I have already emailed them on the matter and returned the product. They have not even bothered to read the email, which they had yesterday, before making their reply. This response just confirms my advice = AVOID.I still have no reply to my email and no response to sending back the defective product. My nake is Chris Skerry
