Unfortunately the wrong mini iPad cover was sent to me. I contacted Customer Support Services immediately and then followed the company’s returns policy. A member of the Customer Services team emailed me for further information on my mini iPad and within a couple of days a new cover was delivered. I am pleased with it - both the colour and quality. I then contacted Customer Support services about their returns policy as I had paid postage for the return. A quick reply from them said that as it was their mistake I would be refunded the cost of postage. Overall I am satisfied with their service and the product, but have only given three stars because of the initial mistake and the fact I had to ask for a refund of postage. Their returns policy needs to be clearer.
