Ordered an I pad cover for my husband for Christmas, it is not the right size so does not fit, there was no invoice when delivered. Email sent 29th Dec asking them to send me the invoice so I can return it, They have not replied to it, I have tried to ring but the telephone number is incorrect. Have sent a message via messenger and still not heard from them. Customer service is appalling, so I am now going to go through my bank to get the refund.
