What a complete scam of a service provider. Signed up for Prince 2, for the first few months their communication was spot on then it stopped. I sat my Foundation exam and then asked for my Practitioner code to sit the final exam. That was May 2024 it’s now July 2025 and I still haven’t had my code to sit the exam. I have spoken to them on WhatsApp when they can be bothered to answer your message. Then they had the cheek to tell me that my subscription was about to run out and to extend my membership was going to cost more money. This is yet another company that don’t deliver what you have paid for. I am currently speaking with legal to see where I stand in this case is this company are a load of bandits.
