What wrong!!! everything apart from ordering the shoes and paying for them. I have learnt a valuable lesson to check reviews before i order!! I got the shoes, tried them on as soon as i got them and knew immediately that they were not going to be suitable. So i contacted the company as instructed on their website. I requested a full refund and instead the company is negotiating a % of refund and i keep the shoes. And then another offer increasing the % of refund and I give the shoes to the charity! All I wanted is my refund and they take the shoes. And why does it take over 15 days to process a refund? I kept on the case and recorded all my correspondence and eventually got a refund for the shoes minus Postage: £5.99Postage and packaging: £1.23WHY!!! charge twice for postage I do not know! I have warned my family and circle of friends not to order anything from this company...
