I couldn't relate to many of the other reviews. My shoes from the company have been excellent. I have fallen arches, and these shoes are deep enough for orthotics, which has worked out perfectly for me. While I understand they are made in China, the quality appears to be quite good, and I tend to be quite particular. Finding the right shoes for my feet can be challenging, but these are stylish, and I am very pleased with them.

Steer clear of this service. It deserves zero stars. It's an absolute scam. They imply a UK address but are actually based in China, causing the poor-quality shoes to take much longer to arrive than promised. They don't fit and there's no return option—only a 20% refund offered as store credit. I should have known it was too good to be true and made a rushed decision over the holidays.
Avoid at all costs! It took two weeks to ship the shoes, which were of poor quality, so I returned them immediately. I was offered a discount to keep them, which I declined. Eventually, I received a return label, but over three weeks later, I'm still struggling to get my refund. I may have to recover my money via my credit card. The customer service is dismal.
I ordered some boots that took over three weeks to arrive. Upon inspection, I found a rip inside one. I contacted them and sent pictures of the damage, requesting a return label, which they were reluctant to provide. Instead, they offered a £16 refund while allowing me to keep the boots. After some negotiation, I secured a £25 refund and repaired the boots myself. The refund was processed quickly, but I won't be purchasing from this company again due to the hassle and lengthy delivery time.
I'm absolutely disgusted to see that the company has posted fake reviews with my name attached. This is illegal, and I will take further action unless they remove all reviews with my name. Do not buy anything from this company; their shoes are poorly made, and getting a refund is nearly impossible.
Avoid this company like the plague. I fear it's a scam. I ordered two pairs of slippers for Christmas on December 14th. The shipping cost was high, and it wasn't clear how long items would take to arrive. I still haven't received them and now realize they're from China. Without a tracking number, I cannot inquire about my order. I'm left wondering if I'll ever see my items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I recommended slippers from the company as a gift from my brother. After ordering, I realized they were coming from China, which made me doubt their arrival and durability after reading reviews. They arrived a few days after Christmas, which was fine, and they are amazing! I feel many only share negative experiences, so I wanted to highlight my positive one! They are so comfortable and warm; I love them! What a relief! I have weak foot arches, and while they don’t provide extreme support, it's sufficient for my needs at home. I highly recommend these!
