After contacting customer support, they agreed to send a replacement but failed to verify my new address. Despite informing them, the replacement was sent to my old address. After a week of silence, I was told it would be sent to the correct address, but delivery issues persisted. The courier has been unresponsive, and customer service is unable to assist effectively. This has been a frustrating experience; I recommend steering clear of this seller.
