Really disappointed with my recent StyleKorean order. I placed it on Oct 5 without knowing there was a shipping delay from Oct 2–9 — nothing was shown on the site while ordering or paying. I only found out after I messaged them.When they finally replied on Oct 10, my order was still “under process” with no tracking number, yet they refused to cancel or refund, saying it was already packed. I even explained I was traveling and no one could receive it, but they didn’t care.Now I’m stuck with products I don’t need. Terrible communication and zero flexibility — definitely not the service I expected from a brand I used to trust.
