Ordered a big package, which got stuck in UPS warehouse. Had to contact UPS all by myself multiple times, because all the store did was sending me auto generated messages sort of “we can’t do anything, it’s all local authorities”, asked for a refund, got this: “please understand that the customs clearance process is fully under the authority of the local customs office, which makes it very difficult for us to process a refund or arrange a reshipment at this stage” like i don’t want to understand???? on their website they say delivery takes 3-5 business days, it’s been 32 days already and I have no updates. I thought whatever, this package won’t be good anyways even if they send it, because they definitely don’t keep it in a fridge and it will go bad just hanging somewhere in the box. So I decided to order another one. Yesterday they shipped it and guess what? Miracle didn’t happen and it got same status, as the other one. I assume, they ship something what is not supposed to be shipped to US, or they don’t have proper documentation for their product. I will have to claim a refund through my bank, store itself don’t seem to care much
