Most frustrating experience shopping for furniture in my life.

We ordered a bunch of furniture in the tune of almost $9k - things to know, if you order a bunch of furniture and some of them are not in stock, they hold the whole shipment. So if you order 6 dining chairs and 4 are not in stock, you get nothing till all are in stock. The painful part is you do not know till you order, even though the site says "ready to ship". They did offer to swap out for available chairs, but the ones they had available were of no interest to us.We had to change some of our design to use Magee and Arhaus due to the frustration dealing with StyleMe, luckily we listened to our designer to wait a bit to see how shipping is resolved before putting all our eggs in that basket. To make matters worse, the only furniture we received came damaged, and the replacement is also not in stock, so it's been almost 2 frustrating months with no dining and living room furnitures. I advise you look somewhere else.I can't give more than 1 start due to damaged on arrival furniture - though they are replacing it, but no replacement is received due to availability issues. I made the mistake of ordering ottomans hoping it was just a snafu, but again same issue, one in stock the other is not in stock and they can't send the one in stock till they have everything, even though this is shipped as separate items via Fedex!! (please help me understand the logic here, I can admit I am dumb). Objectively, what should i be happy about?EDIT in response to the response below: "We feel our team went above and beyond to ensure the customer was supported." - Absolutely, STYLEMEGHD support was exceptional. A+ "We feel the situation has been misrepresented, and does not accurately represent the efforts of our Customer Service team" Not entirely sure how this got shifted to a support problem, it was a STYLMEGHD problem? Please I will leave the edit and my original statement up + add an apology and bump up the rating if you can call out what exactly I misrepresented. I am happy to stand corrected.
