I have so many furniture and decor pieces from StyleGHD! Definitely my go-to online shop for my home decor needs! Love the quality and the incredible selections that have to pick from! Most frustrating experience shopping for furniture in my life.

We ordered a bunch of furniture in the tune of almost $9k - things to know, if you order a bunch of furniture and some of them are not in stock, they hold the whole shipment. So if you order 6 dining chairs and 4 are not in stock, you get nothing till all are in stock. The painful part is you do not know till you order, even though the site says "ready to ship". They did offer to swap out for available chairs, but the ones they had available were of no interest to us.We had to change some of our design to use Magee and Arhaus due to the frustration dealing with StyleMe, luckily we listened to our designer to wait a bit to see how shipping is resolved before putting all our eggs in that basket. To make matters worse, the only furniture we received came damaged, and the replacement is also not in stock, so it's been almost 2 frustrating months with no dining and living room furnitures. I advise you look somewhere else.I can't give more than 1 start due to damaged on arrival furniture - though they are replacing it, but no replacement is received due to availability issues. I made the mistake of ordering ottomans hoping it was just a snafu, but again same issue, one in stock the other is not in stock and they can't send the one in stock till they have everything, even though this is shipped as separate items via Fedex!! (please help me understand the logic here, I can admit I am dumb). Objectively, what should i be happy about?EDIT in response to the response below: "We feel our team went above and beyond to ensure the customer was supported." - Absolutely, STYLEMEGHD support was exceptional. A+ "We feel the situation has been misrepresented, and does not accurately represent the efforts of our Customer Service team" Not entirely sure how this got shifted to a support problem, it was a STYLMEGHD problem? Please I will leave the edit and my original statement up + add an apology and bump up the rating if you can call out what exactly I misrepresented. I am happy to stand corrected.

Great quality AND service!

I have ordered lamps and kitchen decor from StyleMe before and always pleased with the quality of their collections! I have been eyeing a sofa and coffee table but was nervous buying furniture without seeing it in person first, but the Customer Service team was so helpful throughout my order process and helped me feel great about my final selection! They personally reached out to their vendor to inquire about my detailed questions and made me feel like they were really going above and beyond! Happy to report I ended up loving both pieces!

Very high Customer Service Levels

Very high Customer Service Levels. I was having internet issues over the holiday weekend when they had a sale going on, so I kept getting kicked out of the website and trying to place the order. When it finally went through, I realized had only ordered 2 and not 3. I immediately emailed them and received a quick reply, still over the holiday weekend, and they added a 3rd and sent me an invoice so I didn't have to place a separate order with a 2nd shipping fee for the 3rd one AND I captured the sale on it. I was so pleased!!!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect since I had not shopped here before, but all the beautiful furniture and decor on the website definitely drew me in.
