I specifically put the address to where I wanted it delivered to on the order form but it was ignored and they sent it to me. I rang to ask if it could be rectified only to be kept waiting on the telephone for five minutes and then to be told it was not their fault.Clearly they need to check their computer systemThey would not re route the rose without further payment so not my idea of good customer service. I am very disappointed and will not be using them again as clearly they do not follow instructionsThe item was left on my doorstep in the pouring rain and the box it arrived it was soaked I had not been told that it had arrived.
