The tracking has been stuck on "Shipment in transit" since January 14th. The label was created, and then... nothing. No updates or transparency. The worst part? This isn't the first time I've faced this issue. A similar situation occurred with a previous order. Label created, then the package disappears for days, leaving you to wonder if it even exists. So what does "24-hour shipping" actually mean? That they print a label within a day and leave it at that? If you're fine with waiting over two weeks without knowing where your order is, that's fine. But if you expect the timely shipping they advertise, be ready for disappointment. Be truthful about your shipping times or improve your logistics. This misleading approach is exhausting.
