They do not give any value to costumer, even they are kidding I guess. They claim my order was “successfully delivered,” but I was not even in Germany at the time. I have flight tickets proving I was out of the country. No one was home, and no one received the parcel.

I asked for proof of delivery (signature, photo, anything). They just repeat “successfully delivered.”. Thx as if I didn’t seen it ın courier website and informed you back. That’s not proof, it’s just what the courier tracking says.

How am I supposed to prove that I did NOT receive something? I can prove I wasn’t even in the country. This feels like a joke. Still waiting for real proof.

My order was placed on February 12, 2026. The order consisted of products that are shipped within 24 hours. Today is February 24, so for 12 days I have not had a tracking number for the shipment. Customer service has not responded for two days. Disgraceful attitude towards customers who form your own jobs. The management of this site deserves a reprimand. Never use this site. They do not adhere to any agreements and engage in empty talk.

This is the second time the Blooming Bouquet Freshener is removed from my orders, current order # BWSVEUB1000461813
wihout previous agreement, while I was waiting for the order to be processed since early this month. I noticed that while it was removed from my order, the product is being offered at the store in the past few days, so there is an actual stock/restock possibility. This is a very shady practice. I have ordered the product, because my mother has urinary incontinence and I really need it. I sent a message to customer support advising I want the product back in my order, not a refund I did not agreed with.

Customer support replies were very vague and elusive, and do not solve my question, it seems a chatbot is replying without human empathy at all. It is being really unpleasant to order anything from the store without risking to get a product removed. I want the item back in my order, not a marketing excuse. I expect Stylevana to take care of this problem.

Order the 8 bottles of CT-1 Ginger Shampoo from Stylevana, received the first day, opened one to wash my hair, immediately had allergy reactions, took photos and emailed their customer service. Got an email reply, that I didn't read the description carefully, it is my fault so they don't offer me refund or any other solutions. I did explain to them, I ordered 8 bottles, not 1. And they are not good to me due to the allergy. So bad customer service to customers, awful experience to shop with them. As they don't really care about you. Please read the reply email from them.

As you can see from the multiple reviews they do not follow standard protocols and offer refunds when packages aren’t received.

I keep getting passed from pillar to post with an ongoing issue since last year. Customer service send standard responses without reading emails or looking into cases individually.

Avoid at all costs.

This has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I placed my first order on the Stylevana website on January 1st, 2026, spending close to AUD 300, trusting what the company advertises: reliable products, good customer support, and fast shipping. According to the website itself, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. None of that has happened.

More than 10 days have passed, and:

the order has not been shipped,

the payment has not been validated,

and customer support has failed to resolve anything.

I contacted support multiple times, sent proof of payment, and explained clearly that my card number has changed, but the transaction was completed successfully and is being charged normally. Even so, the company keeps claiming they “cannot validate” the payment.

The most serious and unacceptable part of this situation is that support started demanding that I send all my card details, including the security code (CVV), by email.

This is completely unacceptable, irresponsible, and unsafe. No customer should ever be asked to send CVV details by email. This exposes consumers to fraud and shows a shocking lack of professionalism and basic payment security standards.

So, to summarize:

they take the customer’s money,

do not ship the order,

do not solve the issue,

and then try to shift responsibility onto the customer by requesting sensitive card information.

To make things even worse, despite this unresolved issue, Stylevana keeps sending me notifications encouraging me to complete another order from a second shopping cart I had created. This is absurd: the company cannot handle one paid order but keeps pushing the customer to make another payment.

This was my first purchase with Stylevana and also my first time buying from an Asian beauty retailer here in Australia. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, raising serious doubts about the company’s reliability. So far, what I have seen is poor organization, lack of accountability, and total disrespect for the customer.

At this point, I am asking for something very basic:

either ship my order immediately,

or cancel it and refund my money in full.

If this is not resolved, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and continue documenting this situation on all available consumer review platforms. Consumers deserve better than this.

I sent all requested details multiple times, yet customer service completely ignored me. The only way to get any response was to leave a public review on Trustpilot — only then did they bother to reply. This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Since then it is nowhere to be found. For once it was only prepared for shipping with shipping label but never actually shipped. I contacted DHL which operates the shipment but they informed me that actually post does it. I went to post where I found out that it was never shipped. I contacted support 4 times. They did reply to the first email where they promised to look into it and get back to me. It was beginning of January. They never did... I contacted them 3 times after that with no response from their side. This week I am consulting a lawyer. Under no circumstance MAKE ANY ORDER WITH THEM!!!!!! They will take your money and you'll never see either the products you have ordered nor your money. Do not make same mistake I did. Over 100EUR gone. BEWARE!!!

Frustrating Shipping Practices

I really want to like the service, but their shipping methods are incredibly frustrating and feel misleading. I placed my order on January 11th. Their website boasts "24-hour shipping" - sounds appealing, right? Well, today is January 20th, and I still have no clue where my package is. The tracking has been stuck on "Shipment in transit" since January 14th. The label was created, and then... nothing. No updates or transparency. The worst part? This isn't the first time I've faced this issue. A similar situation occurred with a previous order. Label created, then the package disappears for days, leaving you to wonder if it even exists. So what does "24-hour shipping" actually mean? That they print a label within a day and leave it at that? If you're fine with waiting over two weeks without knowing where your order is, that's fine. But if you expect the timely shipping they advertise, be ready for disappointment. Be truthful about your shipping times or improve your logistics. This misleading approach is exhausting.
