Never failed me yet. I usually receive my order 7-11 days after purchasing online, no matter what. Always have a freebie or two, items arrive undamaged, at a great price, much lower than in stores. In my last order, I purchased 14 days before a big trip and needed it urgently, this order took longer than all my previous orders, but still arrived in 11 days - the absolute longest it’s ever taken for it to arrive at my door.
