Five weeks for a €100 order and zero real customer service.I placed an order with Stylevana on 9 December 2025 (approx. €100). The order sat marked as “dispatched” for five weeks with no meaningful tracking updates. I contacted customer service multiple times and received only automated system replies — no human response, no explanation, no accountability.The order eventually arrived after five weeks, but that does not excuse the delay or the complete lack of communication. At no point did Stylevana proactively update me, investigate the delay, or respond properly to my emails. An automated ticket number is not customer service.What makes this particularly disappointing is that I am a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of euros with Stylevana and regularly places orders for family members as well. This experience has completely undermined my confidence in the company.Delays happen. Silence, poor logistics transparency, and ignoring customers do not.I will not be ordering again unless there is a serious improvement in customer service and delivery standards.
