I use Stylevana.eu for years now! Never happened that they made some mistake in orders (all exceeding 100Euros) or they lost package. The only time I have waited for package longer was during Covid but that was a normal situation. What I don´t understand is what happened in last months with their webpage. And this is the only reason why I took 1star down:- Tons of fav products simply dissapeared or have 14+days shipping waiting, - no reviews on products also dissappeared- apparently I lost my VIP status bc the reward program simply dissappeared without warning - My old orders are stored somewhere else and are not active (so you cannot find product by clicking on it). I would love to be informed what is going on as really loyal customer.
