I wish I could give zero stars. I made the mistake of not checking reviews beforehand. My order placed over a week ago has still not shipped, and I've run out of my usual skincare products. Their excuse was the holiday season, but this seems to be an ongoing issue. I'm extremely disappointed and will be contacting my payment provider to dispute the charge.
