The communication was very inadequate. I was informed that my product was out for delivery for three weeks. The service kept sending me generic messages that did not address my concerns. Eventually, they acknowledged that the items were lost. I can't count how many times I received messages stating they would contact me within 48 hours over a span of 15-20 days. The items, which were intended as Christmas gifts ordered on December 11, were not confirmed as lost until January 17. Then, they required me to complete a lot of paperwork, leaving the resolution up to the company. I ended up having to contact my credit card provider to obtain my refund.
