The transaction went great no issues. Although, I didn't know if it was a secure site or not when I put my credit card information in. I didn't see a lock sign anywhere, which is why I hesitated a few times. Hope my card is secure.
Ordering from Stylewe is very easy, and the selection is a cut above the rest. I enjoy scrolling through the catalog and selecting my choices, and I receive my orders very quickly!
This company is a farce. They items ordered were never delivered and the refund site would not allow information to be input so the refund is up in the air. I suspect that my money will never be returned. Add to that they stole my credit card information, which has now be canceled. What a mess.
I will never do business with this scam of a company again. Nor should you.
The communication was very inadequate. I was informed that my product was out for delivery for three weeks. The service kept sending me generic messages that did not address my concerns. Eventually, they acknowledged that the items were lost. I can't count how many times I received messages stating they would contact me within 48 hours over a span of 15-20 days. The items, which were intended as Christmas gifts ordered on December 11, were not confirmed as lost until January 17. Then, they required me to complete a lot of paperwork, leaving the resolution up to the company. I ended up having to contact my credit card provider to obtain my refund.
The service was highly proactive in tackling my issues. I encountered delays with the shipping, but the support team worked with me to resolve the matter. I was genuinely impressed by their swift responses and assistance. This experience solidified my loyalty as a long-time customer. Additionally, the coupons are readily available and very useful.
