purchased Styló shoes on 23 December (sale item).The shoes were worn only 3 times and the sole cracked within one month.This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not wear & tear.The store refused my claim saying sale items have no warranty, which is unfair and against basic consumer rights.I request replacement or refund, otherwise I will proceed with a formal consumer complaint.
