purchased Styló shoes on 23 December (sale item).
The shoes were worn only 3 times and the sole cracked within one month.
This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not wear & tear.
The store refused my claim saying sale items have no warranty, which is unfair and against basic consumer rights.
I request replacement or refund, otherwise I will proceed with a formal consumer complaint.

It is very difficult to find the right size at Stylo. The company should make the sizes slightly bigger. Ever since Stylo came, not even once have I been able to buy shoes of my choice in size 41. If they make the size just one size bigger, it would not be a problem. From my side, it is completely useless.” It seems like kda sopened this shop just for the sake of it.”
I bought two pairs from them Useless garbage shoes ghatiya tareen fitting chote lo toh pure nahi aty bare lo toh woh utarte jaty wasted 20k on these Aur phir yeh log manta nahi ky shoes kherab kehte hain apke paon kherab idiot cheap people cheap shoes cheap shop never ever in my life i will ever shop from stylo neverr !!!! Highly not recommended!!! Staff aese react kerti hai jesy unke shoes toh janat sy utary hain masla ho he nai skta sara masla apke paon mn hai apka paon he terra hai !! Rude illiterate
One of the best service in Stylo in lodhran hats off to Mr Mohammed Mavia wanted a pair off shoes as it was flight going back he made it impossible to possible he got them to me in just few hours I must say this Stylo is one off the best in the whole Pakistan staff number one all thx to Mr MOHAMMED MAVIA thank you !!!
