After paying of my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek SUBARU is not willing to send a SIGNED letter to CA DMV that I paid off my loan. SUBARU was also given the option to fill out a form for CA DMV. Since CA DMV does not have the SIGNED pay off letter from SUBARU, nor the the form back they are not issuing my title. I paid off the car 77 days ago on May 1st, 2024! SUBARU is still holding the title of a car that is rightfully mine and non compliant with CA DMV.
