In response to the reply: I was frustrated with the lack of clear answers and the refund process—not the courier delay itself. I did eventually receive a refund after posting this review, so thank you. However, the customer service was the worst. I had two orders; the first was missing three items worth over £130, and I'm still waiting for a refund weeks later. It was very difficult to get customer service to acknowledge the issue, despite providing photographic evidence. They kept asking for it again, indicating a need for basic computer training. Ultimately, they blamed the courier but still haven't refunded me. The second parcel took much longer than expected to arrive, going through multiple countries. It was disorganized and incompetent, and they still have my money for items I never received. I would recommend avoiding this service.
