Review Time
The service I experienced was quite disappointing while I was browsing the jewelry section. A staff member kept reorganizing items right in front of me, which made it difficult for me to consider making a purchase. I tried to look around politely, but she wouldn’t step aside. Additionally, the queue extended outside, and one employee was just standing idle, not opening another register. Once I finally reached the checkout, the service was still lacking. Although the cashier was friendly, she was incredibly slow, taking nearly a full minute to provide change for a small amount. It seems the staff here may not be adequately trained and might be taking their roles too lightly. They really need to improve their customer service skills. The clothing line was beautiful, but the staff definitely needs a serious improvement in their approach to customers.
I thought the jumper I ordered was beige, but it had gold threading, which I didn't like. I returned it and am still waiting for my refund. I was charged £9 for the return, which feels like a total rip-off. I won’t be ordering from this service again.
