We've just taken delivery of a nearly new Hyundai Bayon on subscription from Mocean. I have to say that from start to finish the experience has been first class. The entire process took just under two weeks to complete and there was excellent communication at every step. Every member of staff that I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable.The delivery and handover itself was faultless, with text messages and calls the day before to confirm the time slot. And as smooth as clockwork the car arrived on time. Tom L who handed over the vehicle to us took the time to explain everything and was very friendly and approachable and made sure we were happy with everything.I would definitely recommend this service to anyone considering taking out a car subscription.
