This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are appalling and I totally regret taking out a subscription with them.They failed to take payment for my subscription when I collected the car despite me offering to pay when I was at the Hyundai dealership in Stratford. So they let me take a car without me paying a penny and two months later they still haven't taken a payment. This is despite my contract saying they would be taking monthly payments with the first one being on the day of collection. Essentially they are putting me in a situation where I could accrue huge debt through no fault of my own.1. Their I.T department seems to think that they have received payment when they clearly haven't.2. They point blank to give me a copy of their complaints policy for weeks.3. They refused to tell me which regulatory body they are accountable to for weeks (its the financial ombudsman for reference.)4. They said they had put a £30 refund in my account in the first instance of them taking payment on month one, which never arrived.5. They extended my 24 month contract on their online system by another month without even consulting with me.6. When the complaint was escalated to Amelia who who works in their executive department she ignored specific aspects of her complaint and tried to say I owed more than £300 than I actually did.7. Their I.T department tried to say payment hadn't been taken due to an issue with my debit card despite the primary payment method being a direct debit which I'd already sent them a screenshot off to prove it had been set up and they'd sent an email saying they would be taking payment by direct debit.8. I offered to pay an alternative way for weeks and was told "sorry we don't take payment over the phone. It wasn't until weeks later that I was told I could pay by bank transfer. However they then tried to over charge me by £300!!8. After getting sick and tired of being ignored by the mocean team, I resulted to contacting Hyundai Stratford to arrange to return the car and liaise with Mocean on my behalf. They then had to cheek to ask if I could call Donna!!!!!! Quite frankly I'm the aggrieved customer, I think Donna should have put in the effort to contact me.Honestly, please if you value your sanity don't go with Hyundai Mocean. They don't value their customers and I am so concerned that they won't be able to handle keeping the car maintained and road worthy as stated in the contract.I've had enough. I'm returning the car weeks into what would have been a two year contract and quite frankly they don't give a damm about their customers.
