I recently ordered the Veggie Subway Bowl and was quite disappointed with the portion size, considering the price. The quantity served was significantly less than what is advertised and shown in the Subway app and on the website. The bowl looks much fuller in the promotional images, but what I received felt noticeably smaller and not worth the high price.
To be fair, the service was good and the ingredients tasted fresh and of good quality. However, good service and fresh ingredients alone do not justify the cost when the portion size does not match what is being promoted. As a customer, it feels misleading when the product delivered does not reflect the advertised presentation.
Because of this experience, I will definitely think twice before ordering a Veggie Subway Bowl again. I hope Subway reviews the pricing and ensures that the portion sizes match what is shown to customers when ordering.
