I was excited to see the new baked potato menu items and ordered one today, with butter and extra cheese with my rotisserie chicken, from the Stenhousemuir branch in Central Scotland.I have never been more disappointed in a baked potato. This was 3.30pm and it had obviously been in the oven all day, even on a very low/no heat by this time of day. There was no butter, it was tepidly warm so much so that the grated cheese did not even melt. It was so dry and tough that I choked on it a couple of times and struggled to cut through the skin.Subway is clearly much better doing subs. Stick with that. Forget the baked potatoes.It got 2 out of five because my coffee was delicious, the garlic pizza bread was okay and the double chocolate cookies were, as usual, awesome. Had I just got the potato, this would have been a one star review - and only because you can't leave a no-star one!
