Worst Subway I’ve been to, they have had problems for ages with the terrible touchscreens to take orders but the staff just ignore you. Stood waiting for 5mins to be served they don’t acknowledge you then just start working on mobile orders, ignoring me stood in the shop, not even a ‘be with you in a minute’ courtesy. This is a general theme every time we go in, just had to walk out and go somewhere else for lunch. Really poor franchise.
