However the one toilet they have was disgusting. The bin overflowed with disposable nappies. The sink and floor was dirty and the whole room needed a deep clean. A shame as it let the Subway down.

First the store was busy and there was only one worker. The worker was complaining that he hasn't had any time to stock the counter for the sandwiches. Also he said that management doesn't care he works alone. He also said that the company hasn't sent them any inventory. I waited about 40 minutes from start to finish. The quality of Subway has been declining since COVID-19 and now it's at it's lowest. The sandwich I had was one of the worst sandwich I ever had. The Italian bread was stale and very tough. The meat had no flavor at all. Subway compared to Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, Jason's deli in my opinion Subway is at the bottom. Also what I noticed is no matter what Subway you go to they all have about the same problem. With today's market corporations have to stop being so concerned with profits forget about quality and consistency. I don't think I will be going back to Subway because I have a lot of better options.

Terrible experience at the pleasant hill Iowa subway, I was in there minding by business waiting in line. And behind the counter I heard one of the workers make a racist joke about black people infront of a black co worker. The gentleman was a white male saying the (N-word) infront of the black co-worker making jokes with it. On top of that the female manager was right there too and she didn’t say anything about them to stop it. To make it even worse im 98% sure I heard the gentleman who was saying the (N-word) call the female manager (Mom). So there is a worker saying racist jokes about people of color and ontop of that the mom is the manger and she didn’t say anything.

Subway was running a special. Every 4th sub is free. So on Jan 28th I ordered 2 subs an 2 cookies. An the app showed the 2 I ordered towards the 4. On Feb 12th I ordered 2 more. An it showed the 4th one was going to be free until I paid for my order as soon as they got their money the app flipped back to I only had credit for 1 sub. When I contacted customer service because on my last order I should have only been charged for 1 according to the special. They informed me their was apparently a problem with my installed app an gave me some stupid things to do to fix it. When I replied to the email a second time an informed them to look at my account an they would see I had ordered 4 an should refund my money for 1 of the subs. The never responded until 2 weeks later then informed me since I never responded to them they were closing my complaint. Really never responded. So if $6 is that important to them go ahead and keep it. I will never order from them again an I do order at least once a month. So the 4th free sub was a scam. To get people to order more. But now they have lost a customer for life. Jimmy John's is way better anyway an so if firehouse subs

We ordered off the app yesterday spent about 60$ and it was some of the most nasty crap we ever got delivered. Why have an app if your employees are still going to make the good wrong, skinny and can't even lable what sub is what when we order multiple. Great way to keep loosing customers keep raising prices but lowering to quality...seems smart doesn't it!!!

I placed a delivery order through the app and received my meal, but they failed to include my snacks and drink. This experience has left me frustrated, and I don't plan to order from this service again due to the poor handling of my order. The service was disappointing, and I believe improvements are necessary to avoid such issues in the future.

Extremely Disappointed with My Orders

I would give it 0 stars if that were an option. I have placed numerous orders for the same turkey and cheese sandwich with pickles and lettuce, yet not once has my order been accurate. At times, they forget the cheese, and other times, they add items I did not request. The sandwiches are not being made with care, leading to frequent mistakes. I am fed up with this situation; it’s simply unacceptable.

Disappointed by Cleanliness Standards

I have always enjoyed this place; it’s my top choice for meals. I’ve never had a negative experience until now. Unfortunately, the location I usually visit was exceptionally dirty today, which is unusual for them. The sandwich preparation area was in poor condition, and the cleanliness was lacking. When the employee rinsed the knife, he started tapping it on the counter to dry it, which I find unsanitary.

Extremely frustrating website and app experience

This is one of the worst fast food websites and apps I've encountered. It frequently alternates between being operational and displaying "This site can’t be reached" errors across all browsers, regardless of extensions, despite attempts to manage their excessive permissions. Clearing cookies temporarily resolves the issue, but then logging in becomes impossible, which is another major setback. Even when it functions, the speed is abysmal, with persistent buffering during even minor page changes and numerous popups. It's astonishing how poorly a site can be designed, and what's worse is that this has been a persistent issue for years, only deteriorating further.

Avoid this app at all costs.

I strongly advise against using this app. It feels like a scam, as they fail to deliver your order correctly, misplace it, or sometimes don't send anything at all. The app offers no way to file a complaint. If you persist, you might find a way to reach out, but they will only redirect you in circles. They seem uninterested in addressing complaints, and I feel frustrated by their lack of action. I have the evidence to support my claims.
