Most of the products were great. The banner and stand that is VERY substandard. The ordering process was easy; however, the payment part with receipts was difficult. Customer service was very responsive, but I had to ask for correct receipts because I was ordering for a school. Then I was charged tax when I had a tax exemption on my account. Again, CR was great...the process was more painful than it should have been.
