No one informs you of the status—you have to chase repeatedly. In my experience with other US- or UK-based companies, credit card refunds take only a few days. I cancelled on 18 January. Today is 8 February, and I still have not been refunded. Success Resources is the only company I’ve encountered that requires 30 days to process a refund, which is completely unacceptable.
This reflects extremely poor after-sales service and customer care.
