No one informs you of the status—you have to chase repeatedly. In my experience with other US- or UK-based companies, credit card refunds take only a few days. I cancelled on 18 January. Today is 8 February, and I still have not been refunded. Success Resources is the only company I’ve encountered that requires 30 days to process a refund, which is completely unacceptable.
This reflects extremely poor after-sales service and customer care.
This event is very well organised and i’m really enthusiastic for it. It’s a nice group of people who are always all doing a lot of work. It’s amazing what you can learn about financial strategies and the energy is really high. It’s a good advice to eat well and have proteins. Because it can cost a lot of energy, but will give you energy as well… Zinaida
