Unsatisfactory service; the malware removal took a long time. Initially, the malware was on just the main page, but it spread throughout the site. When I shared FTP and database connection details, they erased the previous information, forcing me to share it insecurely. During their scan, they exposed connection details in a file, risking admin information to potential hackers.
