I've been trying to get assistance for over 10 hours with no response. No one answers the phone or replies to my emails, and my support ticket remains unattended. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for a security provider. Instead of feeling secure, I'm left completely blocked and helpless. I regret choosing this service and cannot recommend it to anyone. If your website is important, look elsewhere.
