Very disappointing experience with the service

Our experience with the service has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The support system is ineffective, slow, and lacks genuine problem-solving ability. For over five weeks, we have been facing a critical website issue, and the service has not provided a resolution. The support team’s responses are repetitive and lack depth. Their standard reply is merely that the “website is clean,” without any meaningful investigation into the actual cause of the issue. There is no technical insight, no effort to trace the source of the problem, and no accountability. It seems they rely only on automated scans instead of thorough analysis. The sales and account management experience has been equally poor. Our interaction with a sales representative was unprofessional and unhelpful. The communication lacked professionalism, empathy, and ownership of the issue. Instead of providing assistance or escalating the matter, the tone felt dismissive. What exacerbates this situation is the total lack of escalation options. There is no clear way to raise a complaint to management, and it genuinely feels like management is either unreachable or uninterested. Customer concerns are not taken seriously, and feedback seems to be disregarded. For a security service that presents itself as a premium solution, this level of service is unacceptable. At this point, the experience seems poorly managed or misleading, especially considering the time and money invested with no results. I would strongly advise other businesses to think carefully before depending on this service for critical website security and support. If anyone else has faced a similar situation, it would be helpful to know, as this does not seem to be an isolated issue.
